Just when I thought, I didn't have any pictures of grandma, MaryAnn Scearce, when she was just a wee baby, I came across this one, when she is only four months old. Doesn't she look like a doll sitting there?! Grandma used this very same bassinet for her children, and I used it for mine as well. It is the sweetest thing, made from wicker, and rolls on little black wheels.
Then I found these three, very sweet one's, where her daddy, Richard Gregg Scearce, a.k.a. Dick, is holding her. She is now six months old, and looking so adorable. They are in the front yard of his parents house, in Mosier, Oregon. Don't you want to smile?! The dog wants his picture taken too. Plus, it looks like it's laundry day, at the Scearce house. Babies make for lots of washing.
MaryAnn was such a precious baby, made even more so, since great grandma, Wanda Dale Roberts, a.k.a. Dale, had, had such a dangerous time, giving birth to her, the doctors said, she could never have another, so MaryAnn, would be their only child.
